Coach Daniel Segal is a professional midfielder and team captain for Capistrano FC (NISA – 3rd Division, USA). During his collegiate career at Westcliff University (2019–2023), he helped lead the program to the 2023 Cal Pac Regular Season and Tournament Championships, a #13 NAIA national ranking, and a Sweet 16 appearance, while earning Second Team All-League honors. As a coach, Daniel serves as Assistant Coach for Capo FC’s USL Academy and has coached at Santa Margarita Catholic and Woodbridge High Schools, focusing on technical development, tactical understanding, and bringing professional training standards to youth players.

Coach Brandon McArdle brings international playing experience and over a decade of coaching expertise. He competed professionally with Capo FC (NISA – 3rd Division, USA), played collegiate soccer across multiple U.S. programs, and represented Ballymun United in Ireland’s Leinster Senior League. His development came through the top Irish academies, including Home Farm FC, Drogheda United, and Dundalk FC. Brandon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and an FAI Level 2 Coaching License (UEFA-certified). He has spent more than 10 years developing players in both Ireland and the United States with a focus on technical ability, tactical intelligence, and long-term player development.

Together, Brandon and Daniel created Elev8 Soccer Academy to provide players with professional-level training, a competitive environment, and a clear pathway to improve their technical, tactical, and mental skills. Our goal is to help players build confidence on the ball, improve decision-making, and develop habits and standards used at the professional level.
